Lakefront Fine Art is artist and teacher Nate McDonald's studio located in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Nate loves working with students of all ages. As a teacher, he is happiest helping students find greater joy in creativity and developing skills beyond which they thought they were capable.

Nate earned a BFA in Art Teaching from the University of Utah and MFA in Art Administration from Southern Utah University. His interests during that time included connecting art skills with art history, and developing business skills for artists. He has taught art appreciation courses for BYU-I and SUU, art at three elementary schools in Juab County, and is currently teaching art at a public middle school. He has taught community workshops for many age groups and skill levels.

Nate is primarily working in Oil and Watercolor. Selected previous and current work can be found on the portfolio page. He is currently accepting commissions for drawings and paintings.
